Service Rates
Mac Help Now invoices at a rate of ¥6000 yen per hour for both on-site and off-site Macintosh computer and network services. If we come to you, an on-site travel fee of ¥5000 yen is billed for each visit. Most clients find that one, one hour visit (¥11000 yen) is all that is required to repair most problems.

Phone, iChat and Skype "computer phone" Support
Mac Help Now offers phone support at ¥1000 per 10 minutes (¥6000 per hour). Charged in 10 minute increments. Email us to get our Skype and iChat names.

• Computer lessons are also available in person in Tokyo or via Skype or iChat "computer phone" worldwide. Beginner to advanced level. ¥6000 yen per hour for both on-site and off-site Macintosh computer lessons. ¥5000 transportation charge.
